Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, or UPS on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Packaging

Every plant is carefully inspected and prepared for transit. Plants are shipped in their nursery pot with their existing growing medium whenever possible. Unrooted cuttings will be securely wrapped in moist sphagnum moss to help maintain moisture during transit. Depending on the plant and shipping requirements, other appropriate packing materials may also be used to ensure safe delivery.

Each plant is carefully secured with polyfill, bubble wrap, and protective insulation to help minimize movement during shipping.

Shipping Notice

We take great care in packaging every order; however, plants are living organisms and minor cosmetic damage may occur during transit. Bent leaves, minor stem damage, soil displacement, or slight browning of highly variegated leaves can occasionally occur due to shipping stress and are considered normal.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, or damage resulting from delays in transit.

If your order arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

Packaging materials
The plant(s)

We will review each situation individually and work with you to determine the best possible resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in San Diego, California, by appointment. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a convenient pickup time.
