Shipping and Returns

We only ship within the United States.

Plants are shipped using USPS Priority, USPS Express and UPS on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Order placed will be shipped out within 2-5 days.

Plants will be carefully wrapped in polyfil and will be shipped in coco-perlite mixes or in moss. We wrap each plant with a layer of bubble insulation. 

Minor damage such as a bent leaf or stem is sometimes unavoidable due to transportation. High variegated leaves are also prone to browning during shipping. 

We will NOT be held responsible once the plant leaves our care especially with delay and damage due to shipping and weather condition.

We will NOT be held responsible for lost or delayed mail.

If you need to cancel your order please note that there will be a 5% cancellation fee for the total of the order.

All sales are final once your plant has been shipped. There will be no return or refund.

Local Pick up in San Diego is available. Please feel free to email or message me to arrange a convenient time for pick up.
