Please note: Some Hoya varieties naturally produce very short internodes and short stems. Your cutting may have a short stem; this is normal and does not affect the presence of the node needed for propagation.

• Rooting Media: Root in Fluval Stratum + perlite, sphagnum moss + perlite, or another airy, well-draining rooting medium.
• Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Gentle morning sun may encourage richer color, but avoid harsh direct afternoon sun.
• Water / Moisture: Keep the rooting medium lightly moist, never soggy. Good airflow and drainage are important.
• Humidity: Moderate to higher humidity is helpful while the cutting establishes roots. A propagation box, dome, or clear bag may help prevent dehydration.
• Temperature: Keep warm and away from cold drafts while rooting.
