* Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any concerns regarding their condition upon arrival.
* Minor cosmetic damage, including browning, yellowing, damaged leaves, or minor root stress, can occur during shipping and is not considered grounds for a refund.
* Repotting or changing the growing medium after arrival is at the buyer’s discretion and risk. We cannot be responsible for plant decline, root loss, or damage that occurs after repotting or changing the growing conditions.
* Variegated plants may naturally develop browning or lose leaves while adjusting to a new environment.
* The buyer is responsible for providing appropriate temperature, humidity, lighting, watering, and acclimation after delivery.
* A heat pack may be added when temperatures are expected to fall below 40°F.
* All sales are final once shipped.

Plants are shipped within the United States only, generally within 5-7 business days via USPS.
