❄️ Cold Weather: Add a heat pack if your local or transit temperatures drop below 40°F. We are not responsible for frost damage on unprotected orders.
📦 Combined Shipping: We combine multi-item orders and automatically refund any shipping overages after your package is weighed and shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rules: We ship within the continental USA only. Free local pickup is available in San Diego. We are not liable for postal carrier delays or lost mail.
🍃 Transit Stress & Issues: Minor browning, yellowing, or cosmetic blemishes can happen naturally during transit. Please inspect your plant immediately upon delivery. If there is a severe health or damage issue on arrival, you must contact our shop with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
🌱 Acclimation: Allow your plant 2–3 weeks to adjust to your home environment before repotting. We are not responsible for plant decline due to immediate repotting or root disturbance.
