• Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid prolonged harsh direct sunlight, especially on highly variegated portions of the foliage
• Watering: Allow the growing medium to partially dry between waterings. Water thoroughly while avoiding continuously saturated conditions
• Soil Mix: Use an airy, well-draining Hoya mix that provides excellent drainage and root aeration
• Climate: Provide warm, stable conditions with moderate to higher humidity and good airflow
• Growth Habit: Hoya polyneura has an attractive trailing growth habit and can be allowed to cascade naturally or provided with gentle support

• Plants are carefully packaged to help protect their foliage and root systems during transit
• A heat pack is required when shipping to areas where temperatures are expected to fall below 40°F. Please add a heat pack to your order when applicable
• All Plants Variegated is not responsible for cold damage when a heat pack is not purchased for qualifying weather conditions
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related damage outside our control

🍃 ARRIVAL & TRANSIT EXPECTATIONS

• Live plants may experience temporary stress during shipping and while adjusting to their new environment
• Minor cosmetic changes or damage—including browning, yellowing, spots, leaf stress, or minor leaf damage—may occur during transit
• Please unpack your plants promptly after delivery and allow them time to acclimate under stable conditions
• If your package arrives with carrier-related damage, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both plants, the packaging, and shipping box
• Claims submitted after the 4-hour arrival window cannot be considered

🌱 AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR PLANTS

• Repotting or transferring either plant into a different growing medium upon arrival is entirely at the buyer’s discretion
• Newly shipped plants can be sensitive to handling and environmental changes
• We recommend allowing both plants to acclimate before making significant changes whenever possible
• If either plant declines or dies after repotting or transferring to a different growing medium, All Plants Variegated is not liable
• Provide stable light, temperature, and moisture conditions while the plants adjust to their new environment
